As part of a larger International group of companies, we continue to invest in our people, our processes, and our capability to deliver at the highest level.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who doesn’t just “keep things moving”… but actively raises standards, improves systems, and drives operational performance. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our delivery engine — ensuring equipment is stored, tested, prepared, dispatched and returned with consistency, accuracy, and speed.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading day-to-day warehouse operations: goods in/out, prep, de-prep, returns and maintenance workflows.
- Planning and prioritising equipment prep in line with live project schedules and deadlines.
- Driving stock accuracy, asset control and equipment reliability (HireTrack or similar systems).
- Implementing strong quality control processes to reduce errors and improve consistency.
- Managing and developing the warehouse team (rotas, performance, training, standards).
- Owning warehouse H&S standards, safe systems of work, and best-practice compliance.
- Improving layouts, workflows and SOPs to increase efficiency and reduce friction across the business.
- Working closely with Projects, Operations, Engineering and Logistics to deliver seamlessly.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an AV hire/ live events/ technical production environment.
- Strong understanding of professional audio equipment (video/ lighting knowledge is a plus).
- Proven experience leading a warehouse or operational team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and excellent at prioritising workloads.
- A confident people leader who can set standards and drive accountability.
- Comfortable with asset management / inventory systems and operational reporting.
- Forklift licence and manual handling training desirable (not essential).
Why Delta Live
- Be part of a respected team delivering high-profile events and productions.
- Take ownership of a key operational function with real influence on performance.
- Drive meaningful improvements — not just maintain the status quo.
- Work in a professional, collaborative, technically excellent environment.
