Back for another packed out season, Groove on the Grass returned to Emirates Golf Club on Friday 23rd September, hosting more than 20 artists across two stages.
The UAE’s favourite home-grown electronic music festival enlisted the support of Dubai based technical supplier Maestra who in turn sought the services of Delta Sound to support them with the delivery of audio.
Audio for both stages was furnished from the vast L-Acoustics inventory at Delta Sound. Mehdi Ben Khalil, audio systems engineer for the festival said “Both systems provided were relatively straight forward, we knew that we wanted to deliver a punch to the sound so we opted for KUDO coupled with SB28 subs. The 12 inch drivers in the KUDO really helped give a good low end extension”.
The evening was well received and plenty of warm comments made about the return of the festival after the summer break.
