The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew is a UNESCO World heritage site which houses conservation of over 7,000 seed collections within the Millennium Seed Bank UK and 50,000 living plants within Botanical collections, situated in Richmond, London. The gardens were founded in 1749 by Princess Augusta, mother of King George III.
