117 Live Events’ first comedy show was definitely not the first 117 and Delta Sound collaboration. Production Manager Malcolm Giles and Delta’s Al Woods both know what’s needed to make these shows work.

The event, held at The World Trade Centre, is a venue that both Malcom and Al are familiar with. Fitting 4000 seats into the hall involves a very short but wide audience seating area. Delta Sound deployed an L-Acoustics K2 system of 9 per side and also a large hang of 9 Kudo per side as outfills. The system rigged by Nadeem Ali and Kashif Majeed was loaded in on the morning of the show, and ready for action by noon. “We have a great team here” Comments Al Woods “The fellas that rig the system in are both quick and efficient.
