Celebrating 20 years

…Of Chappie! It’s not often that someone has been with a company for 20 years, so we’re really proud that Phill Chapman, known as Chappie, celebrated his 20-year anniversary with us on Friday.

Chappie began his career with Sound By Design in January 2000. In 2009 Sound By Design was bought by DeltaLive and Chappie was part of the team who made the move over. He’s seen changes big and small, and knows where all the flight-case and equipment skeletons are hidden.

As Operations Manager, Chappie is involved in a bit of everything, from inventory management to stock control and equipment purchasing and selling. This includes Equipment rental, which is a core element of our business. We continue to invest in our diverse range of rental stock, year on year and are proud to be able to offer our clients the complete audio, communications and event technology solutions for any event, no matter the size, complexity or location.
