Regent Street Christmas Lights
We love Christmas cheer and all the excitement it brings at DeltaLive! So, we were delighted to be involved with the Regent Street Christmas Lights Switch-On. Part of the celebrations marking the milestone of the 200th anniversary of Regent Street. “Established in 1819, Regent Street has been at the heart of London for two centuries. Today, it has evolved into a world-renowned destination providing exciting shopping, dining and wellness experiences and memorable moments.”
The Christmas lights on Regent Street are always exceptional, and this year was no different. DeltaLive was tasked with providing communications equipment for the big switch-on. We used a number of digital Motorola radios, which enabled all of the teams involved in the switch on of the lights to communicate with each other and ensure that the event went off smoothly.
Our Comms (communications) team wrapped up very warmly and climbed up onto several roofs along this famous street in London, positioning the radio comms system equipment required and taking a few great photos along the way.
